To redeem your voucher, please contact our central reservation team on 0344 879 9000. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code which MUST be quoted at time of booking. Gift vouchers are only redeemable after 24 hours of purchase. Advance bookings are necessary. All experiences are subject to availability. Maximum of 2,000 gift vouchers in any one transaction. Your gift voucher can be used, either in full or in part payment, any balance cannot be transferred to a future visit, cannot be used to purchase an alternative voucher and no change will be given. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferrable. Photocopies will not be accepted. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to amend or cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your reservation, no charges apply. However, should you need to amend or cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, your voucher will be redeemed and cannot be used at a later date.
